HEAD BOX
1. Open head box made from complete stainless steel. 2. Suitable for machine speed up to 300m/min. 3. Two number holy rolls for uniform mixing of stock. 4. Minimum pulping variation across the width. 5. Taper manifold. 6. Micro adjustable lip.

WIRE SECTION
1. Facilitates fast and easy wire change (cantilever system). 2. Consists of a broad range of dewatering elements to improve stock formation. 3. All parts in contact with stock or water are made of stainless steel and corrosion resistant materials. 4. Complete stainless steel cladded construction is also available on request. 5. Manufacture all types of de-watering elements for wire part.

POPE REEL SECTION
1. Drum roll dia. from 900-1200mm. 2. Jumbo paper roll dia 2000mm. 3. Opening pneumatically controlled. 4. Drum cooling arrangement provided. 5. Camber bar provided to avoid wrinkles. 6. Correct nip pressure maintained throughout the face length.

PRESS SECTION

1. Press section is designed considering the quality of the paper & paper board. 2. High efficiency presses with blind drill coating on top and bottom roll with top felting arrangement for high speed. 3. Presses suitable up to 200 kg/liner cm. are available. heavy duty press up to the finished diameter of 1000 mm. are regularly supplied. 4. Heavy duty framing with hydraulic or pneumatic loading system. 5. Re-engineering for press modification.

DRYER SECTION

1. Range available from 1.0 meter dia. to 2.0 meter dia and upto 4.8 meter face length with its complete section. 2. The dryers are cast & fabricated in ms with heavy duty ms framing. 3. MS dryer cylinder is supplied with its complete accessories i.e. cast iron gear, sd series bearing housing, doctors blade assembly and scoop arrangement as per requirement of client. 4. Special features of our dryers are sturdiness, smooth in operation and easy to install.

MG SECTION
1. MG Complete section. 2. All framing in MS heavy section). 3. With touch roll complete section with gear & pinion. 4. Hydraulically tested upto 175PSI. 5. Wide range 10 feet dia to 16 feet dia fabricated by Premium quality mild steel.

REWINDER
1. Heavy duty rewinder suitable for paper board, kraft paper and writing & printing paper. 2. Maximum operating speed 600 m/min. 3. Rider roll is pneumatically controlled. 4. Reel pushing roll is pneumatically operated. 5. MS fabricated frame with CI rail rider roll sliding arrangement.
